October 10, 200520 yr Hi,Beyond the regular ER and LR varieties, what are the different model variations mean in each class(200,300,400) of the 777 aircraft? For example, for Meljet 777-200ER base model paint kit, i find different textures such as "777-228ER", "777-236ER", "777-224ER" etc.,What exactly are these 228, 236, 224 variations mean in the 200 model class? I have meticulously compared the aircraft.cfg file and model.cfg files of some of these models with the reference Meljet 200 model and found no difference in them except for each one's title and description which specifies them as these special variations. Is there any difference in the flight dynamics of these variations?Anyone please explain. thankssrini
October 10, 200520 yr There isn't a 777-400... but the different numbers of each 200 or 300 class are the different engine variants. Only 200, 300ER, 200LR and the 200ERF
October 10, 200520 yr I believe that in the 223ERF ... the 23 refers to the airline purchasing the aircraft ... According to airliners.net in their 9/20 information about 777's, 23 would be American Airlines, 36 British Airways, 22 UAL ... I think if I remember correctly there is some indication of the classification scheme on Boeing's site ... Boeing has used this nomenclature for a while I think.Cheers,Paul BenoitKSAN
