How do I change the cruize altitude for my flight?

Ask for a different Flight Level and fly at it.. That's my answer.

If you are talking about a preflight setup the RC Control Panel allows you to change the cruise level (retrieved from your flight plan).

 

In flight only in Center and Approach phases are menu options to request higher or lower altitudes are available as I recall.

Thanks I found it, I figured 36k was a bit high for a 30 min flight, so I lowered it to something more reasonable.
