and if compatible with fsx -se?

Yes, it is. I don't know of any Airport Scenery for FSX Disk that isn't also compatible with FSX Steam (FSX:SE).  If you've only had the Steam version installed, then you'll likely want to select "FSX" and not "FSX:Steam" if offered a choice by the installer.
