I am trying to figure out the Proc File Format in order to Parse the data, so can anyone shed some light on this ?

I don't think NavData are going to be too happy that you're posting a file up in full, a snippet would probably be best.

 

I worked out the salient points myself with the Navigraph proc file by reading the chart for a procedure and picking out the the data that matched.

My mistake ... And yes found some relevant documentation
