DIRECTX.EXE remains loaded in the background but nothing happens after hours and hours... The green progress bar just keeps midrange and don't go anywhere from there.

Same here. Any clues ? This happened with Windows 8 and then the same when upgraded to Windows 10.

 

The installation remains unchanged at the MS DirectX processing
