May 14, 201610 yr What does the Fuel Flow gauge read when you are cruise settings? Regards, Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
May 16, 201610 yr Did both engines stop or were you looking at the 2 gauges behind the pilots control column? So far all I have been able to find out about the fuel system is from an accident report It said the fuel system is a series of interlinked tanks which are filled from a single fill point on top of the right wing. Fuel level is indicated on a single gauge. That guage is in the panel in front of the throttle quadrant This model has 2 additional gauges below the main flight instruments which are probably for auxiliary tanks and fuel appears to be used from these tanks first It's possible these tanks hold an hours extra fuel over standard I have just done a flight with only half fuel loaded and both these gauges were on empty from the start with the main fuel guage indicating 80 gallons. After about 15 minutes it was still indicating more than 75 gallons
