I bought Prepar3d v.3.2 and PMDG 737NGX for P3D. I installed them.
But I could not activate PMDG 737NGX license. I did what you do well,
and I re-established in the redist simconnect.msi . Not in active again.
Please help.

Do you have a firewall that might be blocking the authentication process?  i usually recommend that activation issues be sent direct to PMDG at their Product Support web portal.  Create a support account and open a support ticket and describe your actions.  They are pretty quick with reply most times.
