can't extend stairs

Recommended Posts

So, i programmed two keys on my keyboard to "extend and retract visor and nose fully for Concord", precisely ; and '

I checked that my Rayanair 737WL has the stairs options set to YES

Battery ON, Ground power switch activated, ground connections enabled and Regardless of door open or closed i still can't retract or extend stairs. What am I doing wrong?

thank you

I've only operated the air stairs from the FS Actions menu in the CDU, on the DOORS page. I had no idea you could assign keycommands to this action..., did you find that in the Introduction document?

Assigning an incorrect key. Sounds like you're confusing an older version of software with this one. All doors are operated by the DOORS page of the FMC.

Well, i found this and just followed it http://support.preci...ey-operate.aspx

Make sure to actually read what's on the page:

"Where are the airstairs and how do they operate?

PMDG 737 for FS9"

BTW in the doors page in the FMC i dont see any option for stairs. I can open all doors, cargo door but no stairs...???

You absolutely sure you're in an aircraft with the stairs option? It should be on the left side of the DOORS page from what I recall.
