A nice product, I must say, even if the enhancements are far more subtle as compared to the airliners.

 

Just to make sure everything is working ok.. did a night flight yesterday, and in darkness no light beam would show up. I clear skies, ok, but also in-cloud there is no visual change, it's just the light itself, as it looks in daytime. Or is the effect limited to rain only?

Volumetric Lighting will show in low visibility but not in clouds.

We are working on a way to properly detect clouds.

Sounds great! If you succeed, one could imagine effects of getting blinded by the landing lights in fog and clouds.. keep up your splendid work, looking forward to the Q immersion too
