fsx-ms FSX pull down menu, how to make solid and not transparent?

One can change the transparency of 2D panel windows but I see no way to make the Alt menus (File, Aircraft, World, etc) fully solid and not transparent.

 

Is there a hack or file edit that can make these menus solid background?
