When I first got RC4 I think my email address was [email protected]. Now that it's changed to M a tt merrill AT c om cas t DOT NET I think the system either sends to the wrong email or fails on the request. is there any way to find out if this is the case? The automated process only works if your current email address is the same as the one when you bought RC4. Ray (Cheshire, England).
