IAS selector on Autopilot on Ph100 P3D

I can set a speed on the G1000 display, but I can't activate on autopilot the automatic speed control to have IAS speed automatically reached and stabilized

Phenom 100 v2 on P3D v. 3.3

v1 on P3D v. 2.5 was working fine

This product is broken. I still wonder why people are capable of doing any flight with this. And obviously, not even the Carenado support thinks that this product will be ever fixed, as I instantly got a refund or a plane offered for free when asking them questions about the bugs I observed. So, sorry to say, but probably your issue with the IAS is simply another bug that will never be fixed...
