Repaint request - RAAF P-8A Poseidon

Is it possible for someone to do a repaint of the first Royal Australian Air Force P-8A Poseidon to be built? If possible, can it be done WITHOUT the temporary US registration? Pictures of it can be found at this website: australianaviation.com.au/2016/05/first-flight-for-raafs-first-p-8-poseidon/
