July 27, 20169 yr If in fact those are cloud layers (check the METARs) and you were using P3d, in AS16 you could go to Options, Cloud Options, P3d Low Cloud Offset and set it at 500 feet or higher. But you have FSX, you're better off filing a support ticket with HiFI.

July 27, 20169 yr I'd still check the METAR closest to the location where these low clouds are encountered and see exactly what cloud layers are being reported. It might help the support staff at HiFi figure out what's wrong.
