July 31, 20169 yr Yesterday I bought the NGX. Everything normal during installation, except when I try to select the product on fsx: it asks for the code, I paste the code and it says it is wrong. I dont to think that PMDG gave me the wrong key, it's too bad...Thank you in advance

July 31, 20169 yr It is described on the support website how to do: "Welcome to the PMDG Support Portal! To submit a new ticket or view your previous tickets you must be registered and logged via the buttons in the upper right corner of the screen. Please search the Knowledge Base for your issue to see if it's already mentioned before submitting a ticket." But if you want some pictures, here we are... 1. Go to http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/ and create an account (top right "Register") 2. Log in with your newly created account. "Tickets" now appears on the page once you are logged in.
