Drzewiecki Design - Miami City XP?

Featured Replies

I am considering this product. Can anyone confirm that this is a full 3D environment (no flat  / painted rooftops to represent houses / buildings)?

The screenshots look like a full 3D environment, but some youtube videos look like flat painted objects (that look awful at low flight level). I am hoping that the graphic options may play a part in 3D vs flat painted objects, but I want to be sure that full 3D is possible.

Any other feedback on this product is appreciated. Thanks

As with most scenery packages, there are the key areas with custom buildings and some peripheral areas without custom buildings (where default autogen is visible). How it looks depends on your settings. Maybe in the videos the people where not able to set rendering settings high enough, so objects where hidden and only the ground photo was shown. It's a very resource intensive scenery with some FPS hit, and to make the buildings look good, you need to set texture resolution to "extreme" but if your computer can handle it, get it.

Thanks. Also, I really enjoy the SR20.

I really enjoy this scenery package.  It makes the Miami skyline look great!
