August 3, 20169 yr Just installed Active Sky 2016. Should I keep Active Sky Next or uninstall it? Also, although the program loaded correctly and the icon is is on my desktop, the splash doesn't pop up. It did at first and I loaded the settings but now I can't get it to shows again.
August 3, 20169 yr If you actually bought AS16 there is no use in keeping ASN installed. Concerning the splash: does the addon run and load and is only the splash missing or doesn't the program run at all? If only the splash is missing there is no real problem, I suppose.
August 3, 20169 yr Did you search for the AS16 icon in your task bar, next to the clock ( bottom right ) ? Click on it to bring the interface up. August 3, 20169 yr Author That did it Jose. Clicking on the AS16 icon did nothing but it opened fine from the task bar icon. Thank you so much. Also, thank you Jeroen I will uninstall ASN as you suggest. Dennis
