That did it Jose. Clicking on the AS16 icon did nothing but it opened fine from the task bar icon. Thank you so much. Also, thank you Jeroen I will uninstall ASN as you suggest. Dennis

Just installed Active Sky 2016. Should I keep Active Sky Next or uninstall it? Also, although the program loaded correctly and the icon is is on my desktop, the splash doesn't pop up. It did at first and I loaded the settings but now I can't get it to shows again.

Just finished and everything seems OK now. I hurried through the first install - Big mistake. Missed a couple steps. I should know better. Thanks again for getting me straightened out.

Thanks Borderline: I will follow your lead here with a re-install first and then download service pack 1.20 and then the library. I'll let you know how it turned out. I really appreciate your help. I'll do the defrag and follow the settings suggestions also.

I just installed Orbx Global and it appears my textures on just about all of my add-on Orbx airports are messed up. Also, my frame rates have been much lower, almost by half?? Never had any problems with Orbx before but I sure do now. Any suggestions? Am running FSX.

The starter switch on the F-33 works fine but even tho a "hand" shows at the A-36 starter it appears to be non functional. Am I missing something?

The ignition/magneto is operable on the f-33 but is fixed on the a-36. It shows a "hand" but the mouse doesn't turn the switch. I have to use control/3 to start it.
