Need help deciding on which 4K UHD TV to use for simming

I want to update to a 4K UHTV TV to replace my current 30" 2560x1600 monitor on my desk. I will be using this mostly for gaming and some photoshop work. I have decided on 40-43" as the size, as I will be about 20-25" away from the screen.

I am not sure which one is good out of these choices:

I am particularly interested in the Sony XBR43X800D model. I heard it's good to get a 4K TV that supports Chroma 4:4:4 as it will make the text sharp and easier to read when used as a monitor. Need some feedback, thanks!
