November 7, 200520 yr I have the LAGO Maddog, and enjoy this aircraft a lot.I see the update on the website, but as far as I can tell this is just an updated installer that is now available for current and future purchasers (ie. there is now upgrade patch). Am I right with that assumption? Any help from other maddog pilots is most appreciated :)Thanks- Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
November 7, 200520 yr Hi,So far there's only an (updated) full installer V1.50 avaialable.I don't know if a patch 1.43 -> 1.50 will be released. So if you would like to update, you need to do a full install. November 7, 200520 yr Author Thanks for the quick response, Egbert.So- I can un-install, then re-install, without paying again (perhaps similar to the Flight One installer that allows re-installs is along as one has the critical information that the installer requires)?Thanks- Bruce. November 7, 200520 yr There were quite a few significant changes made, best to remove everything from 1.42 and earlier. All you'll need is your original reg details to run the 1.50 install, this is merely an upgrade, not an entirely new product.A few minor things still bugged, that I won't even mention as you might not even find them, but overall, quite enjoyable in it's latest incarnation. November 7, 200520 yr Bruce, when you go to the productpage of the maddog 2004, you'll find at the bottom lefthand of the page a link to downloadfiles (You should see that there are 10 files available). When you go to the downloadpage, you will find 3 (yes three) files to update the maddog to version 1.5.happy flyingLuc 'Glaudrung' Brusselmans
