I've downloaded the AS16 demo and, well what can I say - I'm amazed.

 

I plan to buy AS16 when my trial expires, however I wish to also purchase ASCA. From the Default FSX Clouds is there a fps impact from using ASCA textures?

The feedback we've seen has generally indicated the same or better performance than default.  There are several performance/quality options of course as well.
