does someone know how can I edit the navdata.nav file of navigaph, used by PFPX for navigation data because I want to change the SID and STARS names to their full name and not their designator.

meaning, I want to change the SID from being wrriten as: SASA2C to SASAL2C or PURL2E to PURLA2E.

or the STAR NATE1W to NATEX1W or the SID PUR2FS to PURLA2FS.

but when I try to open the file via notepad I get this:

can some answer to me please?

The file is binary and cannot be edited save with a hex editor, and only then if you know the format. As far as I am aware the format specification has not been released.
