Affirmative.

 

It is undocumented because it's a sure way to wreak havoc on the recognition.

 

But if you want to have a go, add this line to [sPEECH] section in "mce.ini" config file

 

ConfidenceLevel=50    

 

That is the value MCE uses by default when option is missing. Can change it from 0 to 100.

 

Note: MCE doesn't use the "Dictation" side of the Speech Engine which will never be 100% reliable. It uses the "Command and Control" subset which when speech rules are well designed, gives very good results. And crucially doesn't require too much processing power.
