Low ATC sound issue

Every sound on my P3Dv3 sound perfect, except I can't hardly hear ATC. Other voice sounds like FS2Crew, and GTN sound loud, but not P3D's ATC sound. I tried raising the sound fader for voice, but doesn't do anything.

It always been low on my system, but I never use default atc anyway.

You raised the voice fader, but did you try lowering the others?

 

All my faders are at the default middle but I have ATC full right. If that still doesn't work for you, lower all other settings and simply turn up the overall volume of your PC if needed. ATC is quite low by default.
