E-commerce connection error

Hi all,

 

Please help me with this issue. I am not able to reinstall my Flight1 products anymore. I am getting this error.

I then checked my antivirus. I uninstalled it, did not work.

I turned firewall off, did not work.

 

Https: site is blocked. Even with IE. I cannot unblock it.

I am at odds end now! Flight1 support did not help me either. Nice of them.

 

What should I do now? This problem does not go away.

I had same problem trying to activate with Flight 1, used IE instead of Chrome, but, you've probably already tried that I bet.

 

An email from Flight 1 told me their servers don't like Chrome . . . .go figure.

Same thing here.. Cant buy install or reinstall .. have three "tickets" submitted to Flight1  haven't heard squat yet.. Frustrating.
