Shift-z to display V/S

Recommended Posts

Yo!Has anyone experimented with changing the parameters FS displays when you cycle through shift-z? I would love to have a function that just displays airspeed and vertical speed so I can just look out the window on final approach and ignore the rest of the clutter in the cockpit. If you know which cfg file controls this that would be helpful. Thanks in advance.Misha

There is no such cfg file. It is hard-coded in the sim.

Since heads up gauges are possible, there's always a chance a gauge programmer could code a gauge that displays the vitals in digital format. But remember, you can also just press "W" during the final to pull up the "light" panel.-John

THanks. I thought it might be editable, the way one can get the sim to display different parameters for the AI aircraft.
