kneeboard on second monitor

Featured Replies

Was kind of messing around last night and I couldn't seem to get the default MS kneeboard to show up on my second monitor. I undocked my GPS, radio, etc popups and placed them on the second monitor, but th kneeboard wouldn't do it. I was flying Bill Lyons Luscombe. I was thinking that it would be pretty handy to have that sucker pulled up all the time accessing the Virtual Pilots Network or the HTML checklists for the various aircraft. Was I missing something basic or is that a limitation of FS9?Dondo

i run full screen and just drag my knee board accross to the second monitor without even having to undock it.

A nice idea in some respects. I know that there are a few uploads to the file libraries for the default kneepad. I can't help wondering if it would be possible for someone to build something similar which could undocked. Wish I had the skills.Andrew BrownRoaring Thirtieshttp://www.gordiusfs.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/192029.png

Are your 2 monitors pretty close together? My primary monitor is a 19" flat CRT and my second is a 17" LCD. I don't like having the main panel stretched across both. Is that how yours is setup? I try to keep the main panel on my 19", then popups, FSEcon, ActiveSky, etc on the other screen. But I'm always looking for better ways of doing things.Dondo>i run full screen and just drag my knee board accross to the>second monitor without even having to undock it.

I have a 19 and 15 TFT but only run FS on the 19, most stuff has to be undocked to move it accross to the second monitor but the kneeboard doesn't.
