October 14, 20169 yr Just got my new Thrust Master rudder pedals. After installing and calibrating love every thing about them. Comfortable, and the rudder works great, but with the NGX I lose most of my turning authority below say 20mph,so much so that I can't make a 90 degree turn and stay on the taxiway. The rudder responds great during flight and there's plenty of steering authority at higher speed until I slow to taxi speed. Maybe this is just more of a realism factor compared to CH pedals. Imposable to taxi into a gate. Thoughts please, Regards, Vic Green Vic green
October 15, 20169 yr No problems here. Steering authority should not be affected by changing rudder pedals, since they all go from 0 to 127. They are however slightly more sensitive than the CH Pro Pedals, since the range of travel is slightly shorter. Make sure sensitivity is maxed out and null zone is 0 (or close to 0 if you prefer). If you're using FSUIPC to calibrate, there might be some misconfiguration there. -
October 15, 20169 yr Author Yep, restored all settings in FUSIC4 and they work great. Thought I had done that but I guess not. Must have still had the old settings from my old CH pedals. Vic green
