My powered USB2 hub seems to be 'back feeding' my PC.  Even after PC is shut down and UNPLUGGED from mains, most LEDs remain on.  Is this normal/acceptable or should I replace it?  It behaved like that from new (eBay special).

My PC does the same with USB hubs and joysticks... They don't go off until I kill the power... Been that way for many years - wondered about that as well...
