How do you fix a "activation code" problem?

Featured Replies

I think I may have entered my code for my 777 when I loaded the 737 into FSX and the dialog popped up (it was a new install/patch of the 737) asking me to activate it, that failed, and now the plane is not usable.  I created a support ticket.

I really wish we could do this through the Operations CEnter or something, its crazy and almost like a hack the way PMDG handles registrations (when a DLL is invoked from within FSX as opposed to a menu option that *gasp* the user could retry)!

Anyone know what I can do to force it to ask me again, I do not think I ran out of retries.

Thanks!

In this case, the activation would be accepted, since it's a valid key, but the aircraft would not activated (because you technically activated the 777 instead of the 737).

It's something we may look into for the OC. All the same, all you should need to do is close the sim and re-open it. It will prompt you to enter a license key. If not, then your issue is that something is interfering with the activation system.
