December 1, 20169 yr Since we're still at the first public beta, I don't think at the moment there are any 3rd party products that are officially compatible with X-Plane 11. We'll have to wait until they are declared compatible with X-Plane 11. "Society has become so fake that the truth actually bothers people".
December 1, 20169 yr You mention SMP3 and MaxxFX do these work on XP-11 ? should I wait ? SMP is basically working but the graphics are not optimized, wait for SMP4 or XEnviro. FSrealWX does this work with XP-11 to hold me over ? I like it, it's no AS16 though. At my home airport it often depicts the weather a bit more realistic than the built in weather engine. It's free at the moment so not much to loose. I do own Pilot2atc wonder if I have to buy XP version have to look into that Pilot2ATC was working with XP10. Couldn't try 11 as my P2ATC trial expired. Worth a try if you own it anyway. X-FMC is a very nice tool, provided that your eyes are good. The gauge cannot be resized and on a 4K screen it's a pain to read and operate. Otherwise quite nifty. I came across iFMS the other day, a rather fully fledged FMS for iPad or Android with Navigraph support. Nice developer too. Check it out, http://www.ifms-fs.com While I am reinstalling my OR*§$ textures for the third time in this year have fun with XP11! Hans
December 2, 20169 yr I would also recommend Airport Environment HD from MisterX6: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/35172-airport-environment-hd/It gives a nice boost in appearance to all the default airports. I you just want more detailed runways, you can use FlyJSims HD runways: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/16270-enhanced-runways-hd-by-flyjsim/You can also combine both, if you like FlyJSims runway textures more.
