i Bought the ngx ages ago and i remember having the winglets ver

 

i done a fresh pc build and downloaded the aircraft from the pmdg site

i installed then open pmdg op centre try to install my livery I used to fly and it says the winglets version is not installed 

 

I cant find a winglets to download from site am given one option

What is the error message, specifically? I don't recall that one being a specific error message that we put in there because that wouldn't make sense. Both the W and non-W versions get installed at the same time.

 

Could it be that you tried to install a 700W (expansion) livery, but only have the 800/900 (base pack) installed?

Hi thanks for reply no I have 800/900 and expansion 600/700

 

Am not on the pc ATM once I get home I'll take screen shot it says something like failed 00967 winglet model could not be found or is not installed

 

Yes last time it installed both

Might be a messed up registry entry.
