December 10, 20169 yr While looking for some exotic airports I found a freeware scenery for Luang Prabang airport (VLLB). After I installed the scenery I went to the airport to see and the surrounding area was messed up. The mountains in the distance had holes in the middle of them, and the river next to the airport was elevated on a large plateau (the airport itself was on a plateau also). I thought the problem was the airport scenery I just installed, but after I deleted the scenery I went back to the default airport and saw the same problems I described above. What could be causing this? I don't have any mesh or scenery installed in Laos, but I do have lots so scenery installed in Thailand. Is this a problem with FS9? Or is there a scenery that I have causing these problems?
December 10, 20169 yr Checked mine, airport is surrounded by mountains with river running next to it and going on through the mountains. All elevations look totally normal. I'm no scenery expert to offer a fix. Mark Daniels
December 12, 20169 yr Author Thanks. I guess it's another add-on causing the problem. I might not even bother trying to fix it, I have never flown to/in Laos before.
