Throttles won't advance?

OK.. feeling pretty stupid here.. but I can't seem to get the throttles to advance on this thing. They keep resetting back to idle. Not sure if it's a setting in the AC or something with my throttle quadrant (seems to work fine with other AC, so I'm guessing I'm missing a step somewhere with the 441).

 

Thoughts?


EDIT: Nevermind. Needed to come off the start locks, apparently.
