December 17, 20169 yr I tried to log into my PMDG account, but I constantly get the messageThe login information you provided was not found in our database. Please try again or use the password reminder tool to retrieve a lost password. I am sure that my password is correct as I have save it in KeePass. When I request a password reminder, the email address is valid and the password returned is exactly the same I had saved. Anybody else with this problem? Given the sensitivity around account stuff like this, you should probably go directly to support, since nobody in the forum will be able to help you with account stuff. December 17, 20169 yr Commercial Member Since I cannot log in... They're separate accounts on separate systems. Not being able to log in to one has no bearing on the other. If you cannot log into both, the commonality would likely be that you're providing bad account info. As a hint, the email address used in our system uses your last name as the domain. Kyle Rodgers
