Loading Lua in XP11 but cloud script not affecting clouds

There is a scripts folder and a scripts (disabled) folder in the Lua folder, do I use the scripts foler?

 

That is wehat I've been doing, get a green line in the sim saying something is nil, and my clouds stay dark.

I think the current version of FlyWithLua does not work with X-Plane 11. There should be a thread on X-Plane.org that explains how to get it working (basically you have to change or delete a couple of lines in one of the flywithlua files).
