Steam edition of FSx currently on sale at 7.99

Featured Replies

As per the title, the Steam edition of FSx is currently on sale at 7.99, it's normally 19.99, so if you haven't got that version, it's probably woth a go for such a low price.

I got one question: Should I buy FSX Steam Edition, if I also have Prepar3D?

It would be nice if you could give me some reasons to go for fsx Steam Edition

I use FSX-SE for photoscenery and P3D for Orbx scenery

well, for eight quid it's worth a go I would say. Like P3D, the Steam edition of FSx snazzes things up a bit to the extent that I binned off my boxed and download versions of FSx off my drive and now only use the Steam version (and I do also have P3D). Sometimes it can require a bit of manual tweeking to get older FSx add-ons to install into the Steam version, but generally speaking it isn't too hard to do. There is also the fact that FSx-SE is vastly improved on FPS, memory usage, texture usage etc.
