blank screen

Hello again,

 

 I got the GTN to install into X-plane 9 and 10, but I am experiencing the blank/transparent screen problem others have spoke of. I did not see a link for a patch? Is there one? I just purchased it on 12-25-16, so pretty sure it is the current version. (Not sure how to find out what version it is)

 

 Did I miss something for the fix?

Tried reinstall today. Same thing. Also have excluded the rxpGtnSim32.dll and rxpGtnSim63.dll and the rxpGTN\32\win.xpl and rxpGTN\64\win.xpl files in defender.

Thank you, the log file shows you have not installed a trainer compatible with the RXP GTN. Versions supported are:

6.1.1.0 / 6.1.0.0 / 5.0.0.1

 

Are you sure you've installed the Trainer which is downloaded automatically for you by the RXP GTN installer?

I show Version 5.13.0.1

 

I'll delete that folder and try the install again.

I deleted the folder that version was in, during install i still receive the message "Another version is installed"

Deleting the folder is not the same as uninstalling.

 

Please make sure to uninstall (via Windows control panel / Programs and Features in Win7 for example) first.
