January 3, 20179 yr You can log into your account at the PMDG store, and re-download any previous purchase. If that does not work, go to http://support.precisionmanuals.com Register on the support site if you have never used the system before. (You will create a login ID and password). Once you are registered (which only takes a few moments), you can then open a support ticket.
