January 5, 20179 yr Preferences -> Camera -> Pan & Tilt on Middle Mouse Hold or go to "Controls Assignments" and assign a key for "Mouse Look (Hold) for example Spacebar. I you have the V1.5 already, you can activate Mousewheel Scrollzoom for each Camera.
