Tuning the turbulence pause on mouse move mode

I like the new smoothing in and out of this mode.

 

How about going a step further and add a percentage slider. 0 will be no turbulence on mouse movement, 0.5 will set all turbulence effects to half the current settings and 1 will deactivate the mode.
