Only addons is pmdg 737ngx..ifly747v2..addon scenery networked and Chase Plane. Want to nip this in bud before things go downhill..

Any ideas..thanks...just reinstalled windows 10x64 and new install of p3dv3.

You received the ntdll.dll error.  The ntdll.dll is part of your computer system.  P3D might be pushing it and triggering the crash.  See the AVSIM CTD Guide (link in my signature) and check out page 33.  These are probable solutions I found from here and across the Internet.
