Can't hear copilot communications with ATC

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, I'm hoping it's just a settings issue. 

 

When the first officer is handling radio communications I can't hear the requests/or replies FROM him to ATC, although I can hear when ATC speaks or replies.

 

Is there an easy fix for this?
