Using FSX with I7 processor and GTX 980 video card and getting, is it I have setting set to high or HD textures on liveries.  Seems only momentary but can seems to happen each time I change views..

If you have disable preload enabled in your FSX.cfg file, then you will see this. This is mentioned in the Intro Manual. Please have a look through there, as I'm sure it'll cover other oddities that you may run into.
