February 2, 20179 yr Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but this has happened to me twice now. I select a cold and dark state, hook up the external power no problem then go to request external air. It says arriving and I can visually see the cart outside, however it never connects. While it was arriving, I did start ground ops on a short turn. Could this have caused it? February 2, 20179 yr Commercial Member While it was arriving, I did start ground ops on a short turn. Could this have caused it? Could be. Ground Ops takes over all of those functions, so it probably got caught between listening to you and listening to Ground Ops. Kyle Rodgers
