Hi everyone

 

Just bought a new P3d licence and the pmdg 747 v3 but when I load it up I have no landing gear and no instruments available, also strangely enough I havent been asked to activate the product and wondered if that was to do with it

Regarding your issue: There is a readme file that came with the software. Have a look at that. It will explain to you what to do. Also, have a look at the introduction manual, it also covers this issue.

Did you install simconnect?

 

1) Navigate to this folder:
    <P3D root folder>\redist\FSX-RTM\lib
     
2) Run the SimConnect.msi installer file inside the folder.
     
3) Navigate to this folder:
    <P3D root folder>\redist\FSX-SP1\lib

4) Run the SimConnect.msi installer file inside the folder.

5) Navigate to this folder:
    <P3D root folder>\redist\FSX-SP2-XPACK\lib

5) Run the SimConnect.msi installer file inside the folder.
