December 29, 200520 yr Hello. I seem to be haveing some slight trouble with the feelthere 733. Although I have read the manual I am still kind of stuck.I useally fly the NG series. I noticed in the cockpit on the overhead there is a "Landing alt" "Flight alt" and "cabin alt" I know what Landing and Flight alt are as they are present in the NG series. Although I am clueless on the "Cabin alt"I also am haveing trouble with the ZFW. I know in most a.c like the PMDG NG series it has a load editor wich tells me the ZFW. I have looked around and am unable to find even a chart for the zfw.Last but not least, I have tried many times to align the IRS with no luck.Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
December 30, 200520 yr hello, try this for zfw- after you startup the aircraft, go to the Fuel Menu in FS9 and UNLOAD all of the fuel - the remaining weight value should be the ZFW. Then load the fuel you need and go.Ron SagelNEAR KCHS

December 30, 200520 yr Author I think what you labeled as "cabin alt" is actually "cabin rate". If I remember right (and I just got it last night and haven't studied it that much yet), if you change it from AUTO to STANDBY, you manually control the climb or descent rate inside the cabin. So if you set "cabin rate" to 500, that's depressurizing the cabin at an equivalent climb rate of 500 feet per minute. If you just leave it in AUTO mode, you shouldn't have to touch that setting. The pressurization system will use the cruise altitude and landing altitude set on the panel to set the cabin altitude and rate automatically. I think. :)Lewis "Moose" GregoryRichmond, Virginia Lewis "Moose" Gregory Durham, North Carolina
