G'day,

Purchased precipitFx yesterday via Simmarket and have yet to receive a serial.

The purchase email stated one had been generated and would be linked via my Old Prop account which at the time I did not have as I had no idea you needed one to buy from a reseller.

Since then I have set one up with the same email address yet there is nothing in my account age or on the Vfx app.

Can you advise how to go about getting one?
