First, ensure that you've excluded the Operations Center from anti-virus interference/scanning/etc. Steps for this depend on whoever you have your anti-virus from, so you will need to look it up for whichever one you have installed. From there, go into your Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center\ folder and delete everything except the Ops Center Updater.exe. Then run the updater as an admin (right click > run as admin).
