Cloud visible limit

Hello,

is there in the sim a limit to depict clouds in greater distance?

i have set minimum and maximum in AS16 to maximum, also visibility upper and lower to maximum,

but i get always a hard cloud limit, that every can see in high altitude flight.
in the old FSX and FS9 it was possible to set the max cloud range in the cfg.

but in P3Dv3 such entry not exist?
